What is EFT? It is a process of change and freedom, a practical philosophy of healing and wellbeing. At the heart of EFT is the simple truth that self-forgiveness and self-acceptance are profound therapies in their own right. For many people, this is a spiritual truth - an expression of consciousness. EFT is also psychological treatment combined with non-invasive, gentle tapping. As you think about a specific issue that causes you to experience discomfort, you tap with your finger tips on a sequence of meridian points. The tapping techniques safely release negative feelings and many somatic symptoms. This diagram shows the meridian points that are tapped when using EFT. You can download more information about EFT from the training page on this website. Please check the links page for details of Gary Craig's free 79 page EFT manual and 'get started' package, including other essential resources.
Consider what many people believe to be true: most illnesses have emotional roots, they are caused by our negative emotions. Can we thrive without a calm mind and inner peace? The subtle balance between body and mind is energetic, a vital and dynamic process that affects every aspect of our health.
